The call offers 300 interest-free loans to public administration workers who fit the requirements to buy a house. Of these, 20 spots are set aside for Ministry of Justice Prison Police personnel, while 70 spots are allotted to workers in the health, education, defense, and interior sectors.
Applicants must work in public administration as specified by the statute “On Social Housing” in order to be eligible for the program. They also cannot own a home or have a property that is being legalized, unless their current residence does not meet the required housing criteria. Additionally, applicants cannot be recipients of other social housing programs or own moveable or immovable assets valued at more than half the cost of the house they plan to buy with the subsidized loan.
Applications will be accepted online until September 25, 2026, via the e-Albania portal.
