From the Security and Defense Innovation Centre, Minister of Defense Niko Peleshi repeated the call to all experts, trained in the fields of information technology or engineering to apply and benefit from the 11 vacancies that have been published.
Speaking alongside the Centre’s Director, Lorenc Çala, Minister Peleshi said that this Centre will collaborate with a fantastic network of innovation centers across NATO countries in Europe and the US.
“I call on young men and women to respond to our call for applications. The open call seeks 11 experts with different profiles related to innovating processes and finding solutions, because this center will serve as an environment where the innovation nucleus of different sectors come together and work to go beyond the borders of the sector”.
The Minister of Defense also spoke about the good remuneration offered to the experts who will work in this center: “Thanks to the support of the Prime Minister, we have established a very competitive payment system with the private market, as well as the European market, with a gross salary of 2200 euros per month. The environment is fantastic, the opportunities for growth are great. We also want to build a community with start-ups, with business ideas in areas similar to civil defense, which will provide you not only with the environment, but also with mentorship from well-known companies,” said the Minister.
Mr. Peleshi called it an extraordinary opportunity for all the experts, who will be selected through a very transparent process.
The vacancy notices have been published on the official website of the Ministry of Defense, and applications will be accepted until 18 January 2024.
