Minister Hoxha Announces Over 17,000 Textbooks for Albanian Children in the Diaspora for the New School Year

The 2026–2027 school year has allocated over 17,000 textbooks, which have been arranged into more than 5,700 packages, to Albanian children in the diaspora. Additionally, the textbooks will be distributed in the United States and Canada, as well as in 15 European countries.
The packages comprise the joint textbooks Albanian Language and Albanian Culture for Levels 1, 2, and 3, according to Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Ferit Hoxha.
The addition of Level 3, which completes the cycle of collaborative textbooks for teaching Albanian language and culture in the diaspora, is a new element of this academic year.
The goal, according to Minister Hoxha, is to fulfilll all textbook requests in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Diaspora Publishing Center.
In the meantime, Albanian diplomatic offices are updating information on distribution addresses, teachers, educational levels, and student numbers.
