Ogerta Manastirliu, the Minister of Education and Sports, paid a visit to the Picar School, which is prepared to open up on September 9 after completing its reconstruction.

This school has undergone a complete transformation, thanks to the investment by the Ministry of Education and Sports, providing modern conditions for the students and teachers of this school.
Speaking about the importance of this investment, the Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu, emphasized:

“This is a school that was promised and delivered, thanks to the reconstruction program. Supporting children to enhance their skills and competencies is now a priority. We will continue to support students and teachers through training and improving working conditions. This is a task that requires the cooperation of everyone—the community, parents, and teachers.”

Minister Manastirliu also observed the process of distributing free schoolbooks to the students of the Picar School, which is also a form of support for their families.

“This initiative eases family budgets, especially for those in need. The Ministry of Education is monitoring the entire process of textbook distribution to ensure they are in the hands of students before the start of the new school year,” stated Manastirliu.
