Public Hearing on the Project of Restoration and Musealization of the Former Residence of the Toptanas/Libohovis at the Besa Museum

The Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation invites you to participate in the public hearing for the presentation of the special project for the restoration and musealization of the former residence of the Toptanas/Libohovis at the “Besa Museum”. The project aims to transform this cultural monument into a museum that promotes the Albanian identity and its highest value: Besa. The winning project by Oppenheim Architecture Studio in collaboration with Commonsense Studio provides for
– The restoration and musealization of the historic building;
– The reactivation of the surrounding buildings and the creation of underground exhibition spaces;
– The requalification of the outdoor spaces.
The public hearing will be organized as part of the 4th phase of the design, with professionals, stakeholders and the public for the further development of the project, including digital equipment and museum content.
