Today, Prime Minister Rama hosted the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who is visiting Albania for the first time as President of the UAE, leading a high-level delegation.
President Al Nahyan was honored in a welcome ceremony at the Palace of Brigades and then the two leaders held a private meeting.
As part of this visit, the signed cooperation agreements between the two parties were exchanged, specifically:
• The Framework Agreement for Action between Masdar, TAQA, KESH, and OST, exchanged between Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Balluku and the Chairman of MASDAR Sultan Al Jaber.
• A Letter of Commitment for the Albania Smart City Project between “Presight AI Ltd” and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Albania, exchanged between Minister of Internal Affairs Ervin Hoxha and the Chairman of “Presight AI Ltd” Sultan Al Jaber.
The agreements were exchanged in a special ceremony in the presence of Prime Minister Rama and President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
