“Faithful Presence” Initiative to Expand to Ministers with Citizen Meetings Starting Next Week

Beginning next week, the “Faithful Presence” program will be extended to the ministerial level. Ministers will release schedules for meetings with citizens in order to improve direct communication and address their problems.
Following the Council of Ministers meeting, Minister of State for Relations with Parliament Erjona Ismaili announced that the meetings will start next Friday, allowing citizens to directly bring up issues that need to be addressed by ministries and other pertinent institutions.
The “Mirror Albania” system, which will allow the tracking of concerns brought up by citizens and the advancement of their handling by the relevant institutions, is being developed concurrently. The minister claims that in order to track issues through to resolution, a temporary system is now in place to record them according to their quantity and type as well as the organizations that receive the most complaints or requests.
Members of parliament met with citizens last week to introduce the “Faithful Presence” project. Every Friday at 5:00 p.m., the meetings are held at certain places, allowing individuals to voice their problems and issues directly.
