The Expo Albania Business Conference, organized by AIC, focused on promoting collaboration between entrepreneurs from Albania and the region to create partnerships and investment opportunities that directly impact the country’s economic development. AIC is developing a new model for the management of public real estate, with an emphasis on sustainable and inclusive development.

The Expo Albania project, which aims to become the main center for fairs and exhibitions in the Balkans, is a clear example of our vision for a modern and competitive Albania in the international market. This ambitious project will drive economic development, create new opportunities for local and foreign businesses, and serve as a focal point for tourism, culture, and innovation.

We successfully proposed and carried out the transfer of 140,000 square meters of corporation-owned land in Xhafzotaj in March for the construction of Durana Tech Park, another large-scale project that exemplifies our dedication to revitalizing specific areas and generating new opportunities for development, employment, and innovation.

The Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation has been and continues to be an important supporter of the Corporation, believing that AIC will become a success story, just like AIDA or the Albanian Development Fund.
