The urban transformation of Lezha has already been extended to all the neighborhoods and squares of the city, which, in addition to being easily accessible by citizens, have been expanded with new recreational spaces, green parks and playgrounds for children.
During his visit to Lezha, Prime Minister Edi Rama, accompanied by Mayor Pjerin Ndreu, saw some of the already completed public works, as well as others in various stages of work.
“The entire area has been reconstructed, but it is not over yet. It will also be attractive to people. It has been cleaned, it has been fixed. Lezha is no longer drowning because the rainwater is being channeled correctly.” – said Mayor Pjerin Ndreu for one of the areas of the city, where the work continues with intensity.
Among the long-awaited projects for the residents of Lezha, especially for children and young people, is the “I want to play” playground, completed within the national program of the Albanian Development Fund, which offers children multifunctional spaces with optimal conditions for entertainment and education, as well as social interaction in the community.
